What this means to you and your pet is that we have been successfully evaluated on over 800 standards to determine that our practice delivers exceptional levels of medical care and client service. Hospital Admissions:
Surgical patient drop offs are between 8:30-9:00am. No food after 7pm for dogs and cats, water is ok. For birds, exotics and small animals the Doctor will advise per patient. For the safety of your pet all dogs must be on a leash. Cats, exotics and small animals must be in a carrier.

Visiting:
If your pet requires prolonged hospitalization visitation can be arranged during regular office hours. Generally if an extended hospital stay is not required visitation is discouraged as it may lead to undue stress on your pet.

Payment Policy:
Payment for professional services is expected at the time the services are rendered. Clients are encouraged to discuss all fees with the doctor and estimates for all services will be provided.

We can better serve you through scheduled appointments. However, emergency cases shall always receive top priority, followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments. Emergency Service is provided.
